1. Introduction and Legal Status

SANJH is a word of local language which means “Collaboration of People”. SANJH was established on 10th December 1973 and was registered with social welfare department in March 1974. With the passage of time, its spectrum of activities and areas of outreach increased many folds which compelled the SANJH management to enter into a registration that can legimately allow SANJH to work in wider area outreach, so in 2018 SANJH applied for the national level registration to Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). In 2019, SANJH got legally registered with SECP under Section 42 of the Companies Act-2017.

2. Resources

Society for Advancement of Nature, Justice and Health (SANJH) possess following resources;

2.1. Human Resources:

SANJH Executive Body comprises of truly dedicated persons. The organization has competent and experienced staff including 08 permanent staff members and 30 members of project staff. Its core management team comprises of Manager F&A, Manager MER, Manager HR, Manager Admin, Manager Programs and Project Development Manager. SANJH possess 172-volunteers in District Muzzaffargarh.

2.2. Infrastructural Resources:

It possesses a Head office in Muzzaffargarh. The head office possesses all the essential departments including; the Finance & Account Department, Admin & HR Department, Program and Monitoring and Evaluation Department which are working according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The head office is exactly located Near Sanjh Modern Schools System Peer Pori, Khanpur Baga Shair, and Muzzaffargarh.

2.3. Documentary Resources:

SANJH has Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Finance, HRM, Admin & Procurement, it also possesses all the organizational assessment and promotional documentation which are updated from time to time and uploaded on its official website. Moreover, SANJH possess its own policies for sexual harassment, child protection, M&E, beneficiary selection, branding and communication.

2.4. Other Resources:

SANJH possess sufficient furniture & fixture, IT tools and equipment, stationary and visual aids for smooth operation of office and field activities.

3. Performance to Execute Donor Funded Programs:

SANJH has showed splendid performance during the past decades with the financial and technical assistance of famous donor agencies including; TVO, USAID, World vision, Oxfam, Action Aid, Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), Moajiz Foundation, Alif-Ailan, USAID, IOM, UN-HABITAT, HANDS and TVO, (CYAAD)/DAI, Azm-e-Pakistan (DAI), Umeed Jawan /Creative Associates and SYCOP/ Rutgers.
